Shrug off the pain you feel from tight, sore shoulders, neck, and upper back muscles with a highly effective, yet simple 3-pronged approach.
First, release tension to relieve soreness in these frequently aching or injured areas through mindfully-applied healing stretches.
Next, learn how to protect these vulnerable body parts with posture correction to bring your body into balance – both on and off your yoga mat.
Finally, begin to build more strength and stability in your shoulders, neck, and upper back muscles by learning proper alignment with the power of isometric engagement while performing common yoga poses.
