Better Sleep – Within Reach

In this workshop you’ll learn how to prepare your mind, body, and your environment for better sleep. Improving sleep has numerous health benefits to include more energy, productivity, and even weight loss. This is an interactive class that teaches new healthy habits for sleep, along with yoga poses and techniques that promote relaxation for the mind and body. Additionally there is an introduction to Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra™, a proven method to enhance the quality of your sleep. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, and a paper and pen to take notes.
