- Practice techniques that encourage “mental breakthroughs”, help to manage addictive and/or compulsive behaviors, enhance lung capacity, improve sleep, and strengthen the immune system.
Please wear white comfortable clothing and a head cover (optional, but recommended).
Bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
