An Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

  • Discover the ancient history and modern science behind Kundalini Yoga.
  • Understand the purpose of mantras and mudras, vibration and sound, and tension release.
  • Learn how to activate the “technology” of the mind and body through stimulating the central nervous system.
  • Experience energy flow
  • Practice techniques that encourage “mental breakthroughs”, help to manage addictive and/or compulsive behaviors, enhance lung capacity, improve sleep, and strengthen the immune system.
Please wear white comfortable clothing and a head cover (optional, but recommended). 
Bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
