Anatomical Yoga: Physiology

Join us for a 90 minute practice with heavy cueing of the function of the body, including which organs and systems are affected and/or stimulated in each yoga pose.
This master class is informative and educational for anyone interested in the physiological aspect of the body affected in their practice and/or yoga teaching.
