Join Francesca Gray, E-RYT 500, on a spiritual journey through a guided Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation.

Allow yourself to find a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. The Yoga Nidra practice relaxes the mind and bodily senses also known as “yogic sleep”. Yoga Nidra helps to reduce anxiety and lower high-stress levels while the sonic vibrations of crystal sound bowls will help soothe the nervous system and create a therapeutic atmosphere to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
