Aerial Yoga Series

Join us on a journey of flight with the use of the aerial hammock gear in this 4 part Aerial Yoga specialty workshop series.
 
You are invited to experience a series of aerial yoga workshops that will move you through different levels of difficulty and give you a full experience of what the hammock can offer in your practice.
 
Class #1 – Restorative Aerial Yoga will start us off with a slower paced class with low to the ground poses that encourage familiarity and trust in the aerial gear. You will be guided into gentle inversions and poses will be held for longer periods of time to encourage opening and stretching.
 
Class #2 – Aerial Flow Yoga will guide you through a Vinyasa style flow using the aerial gear to create added stability and encourage strength building. We will move through Sun Salutations and strong poses that focus on core and full body balance.
 
Class #3 – Aerial Fitness Yoga will focus on deep stretching and total body health utilizing repetition and full engagement. This will help prepare the body for flying poses that require use of all muscles. Plan for a strength focused work out. Bring water and maybe a towel!
 
Class #4 – Take Flight Aerial Yoga will bring you through an opening series using previous workshop class techniques to warm and open the body. We will move into an experience of flying poses that incorporate the strength we have been building and allows us to explore the world of inverted yoga with advanced poses and flow.
