Yoga for Self-Care

As we approach Winter, nature beckons us to slow down, turn inside, honor our journeys and deepen our self-care routine so that we can weather well the darker season.
In this workshop, we would love to offer you some steadiness & a nurturing practice that will nourish your body, mind and heart. “Yoga for Self-Care” is designed especially for those moving through times of anxiety, pain, loneliness or for whatever you need it to be to heal, relax and replenish yourself.
Come settle into a practice with an open mind to cherish and love yourself.
When: December 4th from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Cost: $25
The class format will focus on:
• Inspirational materials/mantras that can help support you in your personal journey. I invite you to bring inspirational items (books) that speak to you on a deep level to share with me and others.
• Sweet blend of restorative poses, breath work and meditation to lead us into the quiet space of our souls.
• This class is appropriate for all levels of students with instructions given to support caring for yourself in all poses and modifications for postures.
• Please bring a pen and notebook to write down notes as we discuss the material.
