Yoga for Self-Care

As the Sun begins to take a step back, the leaves lull themselves to sleep and autumn awakens. Let’s light up a delicious fall smelling candle and put on some fall inspired pajamas to deepen our self-care routine so that we can weather the darker season well.
In this workshop, we would love to offer you some steadiness & a nurturing practice that can teach you how to befriend your body-heart-mind. “Yoga for Self-Care” is designed especially for those moving through times of anxiety, pain, loneliness or for whatever you need it to be.
We’ll practice to comfort ourselves in the midst of stress, pain or heartaches.
The class format will focus on:
• Inspirational materials/mantras that can help support you in your personal journey. We invite you to bring inspirational items that speak to you on a deep level to share with others.
• Centering, yoga posture and breath work, meditation, nervous system and chakra balancing, deep relaxation.
• This class is appropriate for all levels of students with instructions given to support caring for yourself in all poses and modifications for postures.
* Bring a fluffy blanket*.

  • Cost of the workshop is $25.00
