Myofascial Release & Acupressure Therapy Workshop

Join us for an amazing workshop! Not only will you learn how to release muscle tension, reduce stress, improve blood circulation and ease aches and pains with the use of massage balls and an acupressure mat, but you get to take them home with you!
 
In this workshop, you will learn how to position massage balls under different parts of the body to help yourself with muscle tightness caused by stress or misalignment. Then, as an alternate method of acupuncture where thin needles are pricked into the skin, use your brand new acupressure mat and experiment how the discomfort of these tiny plastic peaks on different parts of the body can also assist in relieving stress, improving sleep, increasing your blood circulation and energy levels too. Get the knowledge and these simple tools you will need for self help and care.
 
This workshop is not recommended if you have very sensitive skin, any type of skin inflammation or infection, are pregnant, or have a serious medical condition that requires a doctor’s care, including clotting disorders or the use of blood-thinning medication.
 
If you want to help reduce unpleasant symptoms without medication, this workshop is for you!

Cost: $60 before 9/25 (includes 3 spiky massage balls and an acupressure mat & pillow)
