FREE Lakeside Yoga – Labor Day

Meet and flow with us outdoors for an all-levels class in nature by our little Namaste Beach. Your own yoga mat and a grateful heart is required. Bring a beach towel for under your mat, water, and sunglasses. (Weather permitting) Join us on Monday, September 4, 2023, Labor Day, for FREE! Sign up to let us know you’re practicing with us!
