Aerial Fitness Yoga Workshop

Join Jessica in the third, of a four class series, ONLY.
Class #3 – Aerial Fitness Yoga will focus on deep stretching and total body health utilizing repetition and full engagement. This will help prepare the body for flying poses that require use of all muscles. Plan for a strength focused work out. Bring water and maybe a towel!
*Some aerial yoga experience is recommended, but not required. Note: This yoga style is contraindicated for those who are pregnant, have glaucoma, prone to vertigo, and/or suffer with uncontrolled blood pressure.
