Weightless (Aerial) Yoga

Weightless yoga is an exciting way to deepen your yoga practice, increase your flexibility and strength and explore new postures while floating!  You will be challenged and build your upper body strength as well as safely deepen back bends. The trapeze will help you invert safely while fully supported. Weightlessly stretch and lengthen muscles and find limitless ways to broaden your yoga practice. LOT’S OF FUN! We offer private group classes as well for up to 10 people.
