Prenatal Yoga

Join us for this special yoga series designed especially for those who are expecting. Learn gentle movements and stretches to prepare the body for birth, calm and relax the nervous system and learn breathing techniques to lower blood pressure and more. This will be a unique experience for that special time in your life when self-care is so very important.
Dates: Sundays, April 12th & 26th, and
May 3rd & 31st
Time: 1:30 – 2:30pm
