Mother’s Day Rest & Relax Special

Give yourself the gift of relaxation this Mother’s Day. Join Jessica for a special 90-minute class that will weave together gentle stretches, calming breath work, supported Yin and Restorative postures, and healing crystal sounds bowls to create a soothing experience intended to relax your mind, calm your body, and leave your spirit feeling refreshed and nourished. We will use yoga props such as bolsters and blankets to completely support the body, allowing you to ease into blissful rest with minimal effort.
This experience is suitable for all, including beginners, and most especially caregivers and busy parents. Give yourself permission to focus on self-care as you release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance.
