Join LaMor Clements in discovering a simple, powerful practice to support your mind in our Better Brain Health Through Kirtan Kriya workshop. This ancient sound meditation, practiced for just 12 minutes a day, has been shown to boost cognitive function, improve sleep, and support long-term brain health. Backed by research from the Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation, we’ll explore the science behind why this technique is so effective and how it can help reduce the risk of cognitive decline. You’ll learn how the practice works, experience it firsthand, and be guided through the use of sound, visualization, and simple hand movements (mudra) to deepen its impact. Accessible, grounding, and easy to integrate into daily life, this workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities—no experience needed. Practice comfortably seated on the floor or in a chair and leave with a tool you can use anytime, anywhere.
