Since 2017, our team has sought to provide an exciting, yet tranquil approach to health  and healing both mentally and physically. We are uniquely located in the heart of Brandon tucked slightly away in a quiet serene spot near Brandon Hospital.

All are welcomed as you enter our comfortable reception area where we offer a hot tea station, yoga accessories for purchase, and unique jewelry.

Our yoga space is separate from the reception area, over-looking a tranquil conservation pond. Yoga mats and props are available for a successful and therapeutic practice.
