Prenatal Yoga temporarily suspended

Take the time to get to know yourself and your baby through the practice of Yoga. In these specialized classes we will meet new as well as experienced moms to build your motherhood community.
These classes offer a gentle approach to a yoga practice where you will gather inner and outer strength, flexibility, prepare for labor and delivery, and learn pranayama (breath work). You will also be taught safe and effective poses/stretches for pregnancy. The environment is relaxed and inviting, where you can come to practice yoga and share your experiences as you begin or continue on the journey of motherhood. We recognize this is a special time in your life. We look forward to being a part of it to help your body endure the stresses of pregnancy and prepare for delivery.
