SUMMARY:Yogic Healing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Yogic Healing Workshop  \nJoin us in this special workshop to cleanse your aura\, break up and release any negative energy\, then just release and let go. \nThis special yogic healing workshop will include time for a mindful sensory scan\, a full body drum wash followed by a sage cleanse in the natural elements of the outdoors (weather permitting). The physical practice will include a Restorative Yoga practice incorporating audible tuning forks to help balance\, relax\, and calm the mind. Then\, finish in a comfortable pose for Yoga Nidra with the soft vibrations of crystal sound bowls and calming scents of essential oils.\nThis workshop is carefully designed to internally heal\, release any negative energy\, and drift away being guided into a state of complete relaxation and bliss.  \nDiane and Francesca are both RYT500\, trained in sound healing instruments as well as Reiki Masters. We have been planning to bring this workshop to The Yoga House for some time now and are thrilled to offer our sound healing passion\, Reiki skills\, and love of yoga with you. \nWhen: Saturday\, Nov. 5th\nTime: 2:00 – 4:15 pm\nCost: $50 early bird rate \nThis workshop is limited to 12 students only.
