DESCRIPTION:Create and Meditate! During this fun-filled interactive workshop we will learn the history\, structure and purpose of Mala beads while designing and stringing our very own hand-knotted 108-bead Mala! We will begin with a guided meditation that will connect you to your heart’s desire and set intentions. Then we will design and assemble our customized Malas that will become an anchor for your meditation practice. Each time you wear it\, it will resonate and root you into your intention.\n\nWhen: Sunday\, April 5th\nTime: 2:00-5:00 p.m.\nCost: $50 early bird registration / $60 after Sunday\, March 29th \n\nCost includes all materials to create your unique intention infused Mala.\n*Class size will be limited\, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. \n*3 CEU’s for Yoga Teachers
