Full Moon YOGA Nidra Special

The next full moon is February 5th as is called the “Snow Moon”. Join us for a class incorporating Moon Salutes and Chandra Bhedana (Moon breath), then find stillness for a 30-35 minute Nidra session.
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that has numerous health benefits: it strengthens the immune system, improves sleep, reduces stress and benefits many conditions, such as chronic pain, cardiovascular, autoimmune, as well as psychosomatic conditions.
