YOGA 101 – The Basics

Get to know YOGA…
Join us for an introductory “immersion experience”. This Yoga 101 workshop is designed for students who have never done yoga or are at the beginning of a new practice. We will combine a little discussion, demonstration and a beginner practice. Yoga 101 will introduce you to a yoga experience at a leisurely pace, step-by-step. You’ll learn basic yogic breathing techniques and get a taste of some of the most frequently encountered Level 1 poses. You’ll leave with a sense of what yoga is like and prepared to try your first group class offered at The Yoga House with confidence!

Class is limited to 15 students. Pre-registration is required. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance.

*All participants receive 30 days of UNLIMITED yoga included in their registration fee!
