Are you seeking connection? Come join women from your community as we journey inward and celebrate the rise of a new/full moon each month.
Gathering on the New/Full Moon has been a timeless tradition for women of all cultures and ancestral backgrounds.
As the full moon rises each month, we will explore different themes through visualization, journaling, intention setting, sharing, and CONNECTION!
The Full Moon rises within an astrological sign and it brings about an energy that flows throughout the Full Moon cycle.
In this unique and interactive workshop, there will be an introduction to the theme and zodiac energy, a visualization, journaling, sharing and a yoga/movement practice.
**Please Bring: A journal & pen, an open heart and
wear something comfortable for a yoga practice
