
Pranayama: A Master Class

The most important thing we do is breathe. This master class is intended for those who have a regular yoga practice and are familiar with Pranayama, or those who are currently studying to become a yoga teacher.
In this session we will demonstrate how the breath can be used to energize, relax, focus and expand the mind and body.
