Mythological Yoga: Sacred Texts

Join us for a 90 minute master yoga class emphasizing on the mythological aspect of yoga including writings from sacred texts.
This class may be of interest to those regular practitioners who seek an understanding or curiosity of the ancient writings or are undergoing Yoga Teacher Training.
