This class features a set sequence of 26 standing and seated postures and 2 pranayama techniques. Rather than flowing between each posture in a vinyasa style sequence, each pose is approached and held in individual increments giving the body time to fully encompass the benefits from each asana. The 26 & 2 sequence cycles through compression, extension and relaxation in each asana and is designed to further increase strength, flexibility, balance, and well being. A nice addition to an already established practice or to those who are beginning their practice. Regular class rates apply. Sign up on schedule.
