Free – Community Classes

Join us to support our Yoga Teachers in Training. Each of our beloved and dedicated Yoga teacher students will be offering a one hour class to practice their guiding skills on the mat. We welcome the community to practice with us and offer any supportive suggestions to help them become a fearless and confident yoga instructor.
This class is FREE. Please arrive early.
18 or older only, no prenatal please.
Classes: Saturday. Dec. 9 at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00 or 5:30
Sunday, Dec. 10 at 1:30 or 3:00
