Come along for a fascinating, in-depth journey through your chakras – the energy wheels within you that affect and impact everything from your physical and mental health, to your psychological well-being, financial situation, and relationships.
Learn about the 7 primary chakras, how they function in our lives, and what happens when they get stuck, blocked, or out of synch. We will work rebalancing the energies of each chakra, restoring their natural health and vitality through targeted breath work, yoga poses, mudras, mantras, visualization techniques, and Reiki Healing energy work. Best of all, you will be lovingly guided in a restful and restorative chakra meditation to provide deep healing for your own personal energy system.
