A Very Happy Valentine’s Sacral Chakra Workshop & Flow

Heat things up romantically this Valentine’s Day with a fun and powerful class designed to stoke and balance the fire of desire in your Sacral Chakra.
Your 2nd Chakra–known as the Sacral or Swadisthana Chakra–governs your creative, sensual and sexual energy. It is strongly linked to your ability to experience joy and pleasure in these areas of your life in a healthy way.
When the energy of the Sacral Chakra is too weak, we feel “BLAH”–stuck creatively, disinterested in sex, and unable to take pleasure in the sensual joys of life. Conversely, when energy in the 2nd Chakra is too high, we experience “BURN OUT”–from a lack of sexual control and boundaries, and overindulging our senses in unhealthy ways.
This special class will help you bring your Swadisthana Chakra back into proper balance with a targeted Sacral Flow and guided meditation (plus a little surprise), all designed to build healthy and radiant energy in your sex and sensuality center. This workshop is exclusively geared toward women.
